The event will be produced in accordance with WA Health Guidelines. All patrons must follow the Covid Safe Plan for this event. Prominent signage, Security and Covid Marshals will feature throughout the site. This plan includes the following conditions:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND PASS ON TO OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP.
1. ALL PATRONS MUST BRING THEIR OWN HIGH BACK CHAIR
- Its is mandatory that all patrons bring a high back (normal size) fold up chair. You cannot bring chairs for others who are arriving later. If you do not have a fold up chair you will not be able to enter. There are no chairs for hire or for use inside the concert venue. PLEASE BYO CHAIR.
- Each patron must have their own fold up chair. Chairs cannot be shared. This also applies to children.
- No other type of seating will be permitted (DO NOT BRING low back chairs, bean bags, blankets etc).
- A small blanket or rug can be brought in for toddlers/babies.
- See below image of an example of the type of chair you must bring.
- Please note this is nothing new - almost all outdoor concerts of this nature require patrons to BYO fold up chair. It's far more comfortable than sitting in a hard plastic chair which is what we were originally forced to do however the health regulations have now (fortunately) changed.
- Patrons may stand and dance in front of their chair only - but we cant allow dancing in groups in other areas or in the aisles. This is mandated by WA Health.
2. VENUE ENTRANCES, ZONES, AND SOCIAL GROUPS: (see site map indicator below):
- The concert site will be split into 2 General admission zones and one separate zone for Coconut Club.
- There will be 2 separate gates for each zone. Please look for the signs directing you to which gate to use for General Admission, Coconut Club and Accessible.
- It would be ideal if you arrive together with your whole social group, to ensure that you can all sit together.
- Patrons can enter any zone they wish, but bear in mind you cannot cross from one zone to the other.
- BOTH ZONES HAVE GOOD VIEWING - the concert site is split down the middle so each zone is a replica of the other. You can enter through either gate, it doesnt matter.
- Both zones have food, toilets, bars, merchandise, free drinking water outlets.
- You cannot bring chairs for others and reserve a spot for them if they are arriving later. And friends arriving later cannot be escorted to sit with you when they arrive.
3. QR CODE CHECK IN
Patrons must use the WA Safe app QR code relevant to their zone.
4. MASKS
Whilst wearing masks is not compulsory in WA, patrons should follow WA Government requirements in regards to mask wearing at all times.
5. PATRONS CAN ONLY LEAVE THEIR CHAIR FOR 3 REASONS
To purchase food and beverage, to use the toilets, or to seek first aid. If it is a hot day, we will be relaxing this rule to an extent, to allow patrons, especially with children, to move around the site more freely and seek respite from the heat.
6. COCONUT CLUB TICKET HOLDERS - SOME CHANGES
Due to the restrictions we are unable to offer a dedicated Coconut Club standing area. However we will be offering Coconut Club ticketholders an area closest to the stage to set up your chairs. This means you get to be front and centre to the action. You will still receive the other benefits such as dedicated entry, dedicated bar lane, and a complimentary cocktail (just show your wristband at the CC Bar.)
7. SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL BE ENFORCED AROUND ENTRY POINT, MAIN GATES AND BAR LANES.
We appreciate in advance your co operation in keeping socially distanced when in any queue - whether it be for entry, food or at the bars or toilets.
8. COVID MARSHALLS WILL BE THERE TO HELP
We will have COVID marshalls in place to help enforce social distancing and assist patrons as much as possible. Please co operate and follow their instructions.
9. KEEPING THE EVENT SAFE
